{Poetry} Euterpe
Literature, Poetryby Jerrod E. Bohn
outside there’s snow
to shovel but you won’t
leave this room—
some mornings for work
others for wake
so we let fall & drifts pile
how you kept this room
immaculate
your lip quivers when I come in
I meant to keep held on tongue
melt from what first was flakes
